Hi, I’m Shaina — a private chef, charcuterie artist, and proud mom to two beautiful boys who make me so proud every day.
Food has always been my love language, and creating beautiful, delicious spreads is where my passion truly comes to life. As a private chef, I’ve always appreciated incredible flavors and thoughtful presentation, but I discovered that charcuterie allows me to combine both in the most creative way. For me, it’s not just about meats and cheeses, it’s about designing an experience that people gather around, enjoy together, and remember.
I absolutely love the art behind building charcuterie boards. Every board is a little canvas where colors, textures, and flavors come together to create something both stunning and delicious. From carefully selected cheeses and cured meats to fresh fruits, honey, nuts, and sweet touches, I craft each board with attention to detail and a whole lot of heart.
As a busy mom, I know how special it is when food brings people together — whether it’s a celebration, a girls’ night, a family gathering, or just a moment to treat yourself. My goal is to make those moments feel effortless, beautiful, and full of flavor.
